All payments made to us are generally non-refundable.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy.
2. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If the service has not yet been started
- If there is a proven issue or failure from our side
- If a duplicate payment has been made
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at the sole discretion of the Company.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Once work has been started or completed
- Digital marketing, SEO, or advertising services already initiated
- Delays caused by client-side issues (lack of response, missing data, etc.)
- Change of mind after purchase
4. WhatsApp Messaging Services
- No refunds for usage-based services once credits/messages are used
- No refunds for account suspension due to policy violations
- Users must comply with WhatsApp policies and anti-spam rules
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method where possible
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent account restriction
- Legal action if necessary
